Medical Courses
For pursuing a medical degree in India you will have to start from the undergraduate level. Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery or M.B.B.S. is of 5 and half years duration that includes a year of internship. After its completion, residencies and post graduation with a specialization follows, such as oncology, geriatrics, ophthalmology, pediatrics, general physician, family medicine, radiology, pathology and gastroenterology. The student has to sit for post graduation entrance tests to get admission into a post graduate medicine course (M.D. or Doctor of Medicine). While studying a student is usually attached to a hospital, which helps them get the confidence and exposure of treating patients.
Besides the M.B.B.S. course, a student can also consider pursuing allied medical courses such as Dental, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Veterinary Science. These have their separate entrance tests (except for Dental that is offered to those who sat for the pre medical entrances as well), course durations and curriculum.

The interviewers always look for leadership skills in an MBA aspirant. They are interested in knowing how well you can demonstrate leadership skills before, during and after your MBA. You might be asked the following questions about leadership during your interview:
1. How have you been a leader or displayed leadership?
2. Describe an experience when you had to lead a team.
3. Describe a situation in which you influenced or motivated people.
These questions are asked to determine whether you have both leadership skills and leadership potential. The interviewer also wants to identify your leadership style. To answer these questions, you must give an example from your life where you have demonstrated the leadership competencies.
You can provide the example of an event/activity, a team work unit, or a project where you played a key leadership role. Describe how you have organized the event or activity and influenced a group of people. Also describe how people reacted to your actions as a leader.
